  •  We do our best to make each client’s candidate requirement a top priority, tailored to each specific assignment;
  • We advertise our vacancies on the company website, as well as industry specific job boards which enables us to attract the greatest number of experienced candidates;
  • For particular executive & high-level positions, we use headhunting as a successful recruitment tool.
  • We take responsibility for searching for the right candidates by following the requirements of the job offers, providing consultancy to the applicants about the offered positions and also about the legal employment and living requirements while working and living in a foreign country;
  • We conduct a thorough investigation on the candidates’ professional background and stability, prior to submitting them to our clients;
  • We handle the pre-selection of candidates (required professional documents, written and oral tests – both technical and language proficiency tests etc.);
  • We keep close and continuous contact with the candidates and if required, also make travel arrangements for them before relocating abroad;
  • We charge our fees only upon successful placement, also providing a warranty replacement of employed candidates who turn out not to be suitable in the process;
  • We never, under any circumstances, charge our candidates!
